Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Contributing ideas and feedback to enhance the overall customer service experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
