Key Responsibilities:

Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions

Assist customers in navigating our products or services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay informed about product/service features and updates
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
Provide feedback on customer concerns to improve products or services
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Positive and customer-focused attitude
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
