Job Description:
Join our nurturing team as Day Care Staff and contribute to the positive and supportive environment for young children. We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals who have a passion for early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational and recreational programs
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness in the daycare area
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s daily activities and development
Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and parents
Collaborate with other day care staff to create a cohesive team
Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines
Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children
Requirements:
Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting is preferred
Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and adaptability in a dynamic childcare environment
Relevant educational background or certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
