Female accountant/secertary – ICE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Female Accountant/Secretary. This position is in the Oil & Energy industry, where you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

As a Female Accountant/Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the organization, as well as providing administrative support to the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, as well as maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, including tracking expenses and analyzing variances
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits and expenses
• Handle correspondence and communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
