HR Payroll Officer – Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting LLC

• Processing and handling END-TO-END payroll preparation for (+1500 employees / staff & labors)
• Attendance management, calculation of wages which includes Time sheet Review, Overtime & Holiday Overtime calculation as per UAE labor law
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Daily attendance & coordination with site timekeepers.
• Maintaining up-to-date payroll records in ERP software
•  Processed all new hire, benefits, leave, termination, and payroll paperwork ensuring 100% compliance with various laws and regulatory mandates
• Monthly payroll attendance posting for all departments before payroll closing (attendance, vacation, sick leave, cash advance & etc.)
• Posts the Variable Earning/Deduction.
• Processing all leave applications, sick leaves, resume reports, leave without pay etc.
• Preparing all Employees Leave Settlements & End of Services as per the UAE Labor Law.
• Opening bank accounts for newly joined and process salary thru C3 portal.
• Creates WPS salary file and uploads in the WPS Portal.
• Uses of ERP system
• Maintain, update employee’s information such as salary package/ increments, bank account details, etc
• Execute all types of salary adjustments, additions, promotions, increment, change status, disciplinary action and deductions
• Handles employee’s queries and resolving the issues.
• Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries, issues and/ or discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute of pay slips.
• Answers payroll related queries, providing required information to Finance departments.
