The Horeca Sales Executive will be responsible for providing HORECA/FoodService clients with the products and service required, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The role holder will also be handling clients complaints, concerns and escalate the same to the Manager.
ROLE PROFILE
- Introduce and recommend products to clients .
- Ensure products are sold in line with margin expectations.
- Act as a contact between the company and the existing potential clients.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions when applicable.
- Maintain and sustain excellent partnership with all client.
- Work closely with sales coordinators to ensure high customer service levels.
- Promptly address customer complaints.
