Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant. The Laundry Attendant will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our laundry services.
Responsibilities:
Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Inspect linens and garments for stains and damage.
Iron and press clothing as needed.
Organize and stock laundry supplies.
Collaborate with other team members to meet laundry service standards.
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
