- Well experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Rental, Civil, Commercial, Corporate , labor and Arbitration Law, focusing mainly on real estate laws, regulations and legislation; excellent practical knowledge and expertise to perform real estate transactions in relation to leases, real estate development, construction, investment, brokerage, owner association, licenses, rental dispute .
- Well familiar with authorities: Dubai Land department, Rental Dispute Centre, DIFC courts, Dubai Courts, police stations, Dubai Economic departments, procedures and regulations
- Competent practical experience in contract law and commercial transaction law in UAE to perform commercial transactions including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all kinds of commercial documents, agreements, special focus on real estate, leasing, real estate development, construction (FIDIC and bespoke), tender, collateral warranties, performance, and advance payment guarantees, performance bonds, sub-contracts)
- Well-knowledged and expertised in UAE company laws and corporate matters, advised and executed various transactions of corporation related to structuring, licensing, liquidation, (mainland, offshore and free zone), shareholder matters, resolutions, corporate POAs , attending board meetings.
- Handling different types of company’s legal cases (Dispute Real Estate, Civil, Commercial, Labor, Arbitration cases); studying cases, preparing to raise / defend cases, preparing MEMOs, attending hearings (arbitration cases), attending expert meetings, following the cases in all stages.
- Drafting / reviewing all kinds of agreements, notices and all types of legal documents.
- Providing legal consultation related to business and the activity of the company.
- Attending in company legal meetings
- Handling corporate matters, company structure, company general assemblies, Resolutions and all transactions related to companies (establishment, modifications, liquidations with different authorities.
