Process Control Systems Specialist – SAUDI FEMALE ONLY
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Control Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Process Control Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of process control systems within our organization. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize process control systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of our production processes.
Responsibilities:[[
– Design, develop, and implement process control systems to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
– Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators to identify process control requirements and develop appropriate control strategies.
– Configure and program Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to monitor and control process parameters.
– Conduct regular audits and assessments of process control systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
– Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and anomalies, and propose corrective actions to optimize process performance.
– Develop and maintain documentation, including control system specifications, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
– Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to select and implement appropriate hardware and software solutions for process control systems.
– Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on the operation and maintenance of process control systems.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process control systems.
