Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of production workers to meet production targets.
Plan and organize production schedules to optimize workflow.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address equipment issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of production processes and machinery.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
