Job Purpose
• Identify and resolve the reliability issues of the assigned plant.
• Perform RCFA /BA/ Reliability Analysis for the reliability incidents.
Key Job Accountabilities
• Complying with Reliability programs and procedures such as Root cause failure analysis and Bad actor elimination process, and the section KPI’s.
• Participating in the client reliability engineering section business plan for preparing higher management yearly review and approval.
• Support the lead Reliability Engineer in developing and implementing policies and procedures consistent with business strategies and best practices as related to the section,
• Providing efforts to ensure reliability, availability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, as required for the asset.
• Liaising with external engineering resource to analyze and proactively eliminate reliability problems that contribute to unscheduled downtime or limit throughput.
• Providing input to RAM studies for new projects and PTAI benchmarking studies.
