Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products/services, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services.
Actively participate in product knowledge training to stay informed about offerings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Process transactions and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Assist in merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
