As a Sales Executive you are responsible for increasing sales at the hotel by driving more business, implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities under the general guidance and supervision. The role involves generating and maintaining customer’s database and areas through sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls or meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel and develop sales leads

• Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements and to negotiate future business opportunities

• Provide customers with a list of available services and their prices and offer discounts when necessary

• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs

• Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement

• Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel

• Checking customer satisfaction and resolve any misunderstandings within the hotel premises to ensure repetitive business

• Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals

• Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and / or direct mail

• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
