Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering guidance on flower selections, arrangements, and gift options.
Take orders in person, over the phone, or via online platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to customers’ preferences.
Create and maintain appealing displays of flowers and products in the shop.
Assist with flower preparation, arrangement, and packaging.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop, including cleaning vases, shelves, and display areas.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Provide information about floral care and handling to customers when necessary.
