Job Title: School Bus Driver

Job Description:
Join our team as a School Bus Driver and play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school. We are seeking responsible and qualified individuals with a commitment to student safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus, following designated routes and schedules
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus
Enforce safety rules and regulations on the bus
Maintain order and discipline among students while on the bus
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly
Assist in the evacuation of the bus in emergency situations
Attend required training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned by the transportation supervisor
Requirements:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements
Clean driving record and a commitment to safety
Previous experience as a school bus driver is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
