Key Responsibilities:

First-Level Help Desk Support:

  – Provide primary 1st level help desk support to offices in the UAE and North America

Server and Device Management:

  – Install, maintain, and support corporate servers, PCs, and laptops.

  – Provide support for printers, peripherals, and handheld devices.

Active Directory Administration:

  – Administer Active Directory 2019 environment across multiple sites.

  – Configure and troubleshoot OUs, GPOs, and AD replication.

Virtual Environment Management:

  – Manage virtual environments using VMware vCenter (7.0) and VSphere ESXi hosts (7.0).

Security Management:

  – Manage Sentinel One or other XDR solutions.

  – Oversee Veeam for backup, copy, and replication.

Windows Update Deployment:

  – Manage centralized Windows update deployment via WSUS.

Network Configuration and Troubleshooting:

  – Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and DFS.

  – Manage F5 LTM for load balancing.

Content Delivery Management:

  – Manage Akamai ION content delivery sites.

Networking Environment:

  – Diagnose and resolve errors in a Windows Networking Environment.

Groupware Applications Support:

   – Maintain and support corporate groupware applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams).

Firewall and Communication Management:

   – Manage SonicWall firewalls and access points.

   – Cisco Unified Communication management.

Change Management and Documentation:

   – Document problems, resolutions, processes, and procedures.

   – Participate and contribute to IT-related projects.

Expertise and Suggestions:

   – Provide expertise and suggestions to meet IT-related goals.

DevOps and Software Testing:

   – Assist with software testing and DevOps tasks.

Application Firewall:

   – Manage and maintain application firewall.
