Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our real estate offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients over the phone.
- Provide information on properties, address inquiries, and guide clients through the sales process.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email or other communication channels, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our real estate services.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.
