Join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant and contribute to the exceptional service experience for our guests. We are seeking courteous and responsible individuals to provide efficient and professional valet parking services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized valet parking area
Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Communicate effectively with fellow valet attendants and other staff
Follow established parking procedures and protocols
Handle guest belongings with care and responsibility
Collect and record parking fees accurately
Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor
Ensure the security of parked vehicles
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
