Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team in Badr City, Cairo. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and storing materials, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies to ensure quality and accuracy
2. Verify quantities and quality of received items against purchase orders or invoices
3. Label and tag items for proper storage and easy retrieval
4. Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic and efficient manner
5. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed
6. Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
7. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
8. Issue materials to internal departments or external customers as requested
9. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels
10. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in storekeeping or a similar role
2. Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
3. Ability to accurately track and record inventory
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
8. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
9. High school diploma or equivalent
10. Proven ability to work well in a team

المسؤوليات:

استلام وفحص المواد والإمدادات الواردة لضمان الجودة والدقة

التحقق من كميات وجودة العناصر المستلمة مقابل أوامر الشراء أو الفواتير

قم بتسمية العناصر ووضع علامات عليها للتخزين المناسب وسهولة الاسترجاع

تنظيم وصيانة المخزون بطريقة منهجية وفعالة

مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإعادة طلب المواد حسب الحاجة

إجراء عمليات جرد منتظمة للمخزون وتسوية التناقضات

ضمان التخزين والتعامل السليم مع المواد لمنع الضرر أو الخسارة

إصدار المواد إلى الأقسام الداخلية أو العملاء الخارجيين حسب الطلب

إعداد والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات ومستويات المخزون

التنسيق مع الموردين لحل أي مشاكل أو تناقضات

المرشح المفضل:

– خبرة لا تقل عن 1-5 سنوات في مجال إدارة المخازن أو دور مماثل

المعرفة بأنظمة وإجراءات إدارة المخزون

القدرة على تتبع وتسجيل المخزون بدقة

اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والمهارات التنظيمية

القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتحديد أولويات المهام

اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين

مهارات الكمبيوتر الأساسية والإلمام ببرامج Microsoft Office

القدرة على رفع الأشياء الثقيلة والوقوف لفترات طويلة

شهادة الدراسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها

ثبت القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد في فريق
