– إصدار تذاكر السفر بكفاءة وفقاً لاحتياجات العملاء
– معالجة دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لإلغاء التذاكر واسترداد الأموال
– التواصل مع مقدمي الخدمة ومتابعة العمل والمدفوعات والالتزامات مع الشركات الموردة
– استكشاف أخطاء الحجوزات وإصلاحها وتقديم الدعم الفني اللازم والتواصل مع فرق الدعم لكل مورد عند الحاجة
– التعديل اليومي لأسعار الصرف في النظام بناء على البيانات اليومية
– التواصل الفوري مع فريق الإدارة بخصوص أي تفاصيل
– رفع تقارير إلى الإدارة المالية بخصوص أي فواتير مستحقة مع توضيح آخر موعد سداد لكل فاتورة
– مراقبة شاملة للنظام السياحي بأكمله من الألف إلى الياء
