Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher. The Assistant Teacher will play a vital role in supporting classroom activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and assisting the lead teacher in delivering quality education.
Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
Support students with individualized learning needs.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Supervise students during class and other activities.
Provide additional help to students as needed.
Assist in the preparation of instructional materials.
Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members.
Uphold a safe and nurturing atmosphere for students.
Qualifications:
Relevant education or training in early childhood education or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for working with children and promoting their development.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
Certification in early childhood education or relevant field.
Background check and clearances as required by the school.
Availability to work during school hours.
