Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities.
Offer assistance with guests’ needs, inquiries, and special requests.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
Provide information about local attractions and services.
Assist in arranging transportation for guests.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of guests’ belongings.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of local attractions and services.
Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
