<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<b>- </b>Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment.
– Manage CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
– Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external communications
– Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for CEO’s use.
– Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
– Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
– Assist in organizing special tasks and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years’ experience as executive assistant preferably in UAE
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong command of the English language is essential.
– A commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role
