High Availability and Redundancy:
- Implement high availability solutions (e.g., HSRP, VRRP, GLBP) to ensure network resilience.

Network Monitoring and Optimization:

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve network-related problems.

Vendor Management:
- Interact with network equipment vendors to procure necessary hardware and software.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:
- Implement and manage network backup solutions.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
- Ensure that the organization’s network complies with industry regulations and standards.

CCTV:
- Design and install CCTV systems, including camera placement and equipment selection.
- Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Managing Office 365:
- Add and remove users, manage licenses, and set up email addresses.
- Set up groups for organizational efficiency.
- Manage passwords, security, and monitor service health.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement robust data backup strategies.
PTP Wireless Links:
- Manage and maintain wireless network infrastructure.
- Configure Ubiquiti UniFi access points for optimal performance and security.
- Set up wireless networks (SSIDs) with appropriate security settings.
Data Center:
- Provision, decommission, and manage physical and virtual servers.
- Configure and maintain server hardware, firmware, and operating systems.
- Manage storage infrastructure, including SAN and NAS.
- Allocate and optimize storage resources.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
Firewall:
- Configure firewall rules to control access.
- Monitor network traffic and logs for security.
- Use intrusion detection and prevention features.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents.
- Keep firewall systems up to date.
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library):
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for IT service management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in network administration.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional – CCNP).
- Strong knowledge of network security and firewall management.
- Experience in managing Office 365 and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with PTP wireless links and data center management.
- ITIL certification is a must.
