Network Design and Planning:

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure.
• Plan for future network upgrades and expansions.

Network Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Ensure the proper integration of hardware, software, and network protocols.

Security Management:

• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization’s network and data.
• Monitor for security breaches and respond to security incidents.

Implementation and Configuration:

• Install and configure Cisco routers and switches following design specifications.
• Configure routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP).
• Implement security measures on Cisco devices, such as access control lists (ACLs) and security policies.

High Availability and Redundancy:

• Implement high availability solutions (e.g., HSRP, VRRP, GLBP) to ensure network resilience.
• Configure redundancy for critical components to minimize downtime.

Network Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Optimize network performance and address bottlenecks.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

• Diagnose and resolve network-related problems.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to solve complex issues.

Vendor Management:

• Interact with network equipment vendors to procure necessary hardware and software.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Implement and manage network backup solutions.
• Plan and test disaster recovery procedures.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement:

• Ensure that the organization’s network complies with industry regulations and standards.
• Enforce network usage policies and security protocols.

CCTV:

• Design and install CCTV systems, including camera placement and equipment selection.
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Managing Office 365:

• Add and remove users, manage licenses, and set up email addresses.
• Set up groups for organizational efficiency.
• Manage passwords, security, and monitor service health.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement robust data backup strategies.

PTP Wireless Links:

• Manage and maintain wireless network infrastructure.
• Configure Ubiquiti UniFi access points for optimal performance and security.
• Set up wireless networks (SSIDs) with appropriate security settings.

Data Center:

• Provision, decommission, and manage physical and virtual servers.
• Configure and maintain server hardware, firmware, and operating systems.
• Manage storage infrastructure, including SAN and NAS.
• Allocate and optimize storage resources.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.

Firewall:

• Configure firewall rules to control access.
• Monitor network traffic and logs for security.
• Use intrusion detection and prevention features.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents.
• Keep firewall systems up to date.

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library):

• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for IT service management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in network administration.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional – CCNP).
• Strong knowledge of network security and firewall management.
• Experience in managing Office 365 and CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with PTP wireless links and data center management.
• ITIL certification is a must.
