Marketing Senior Officer – Al-Mutawafiqa Modern Drug Store Company L.t.d

Requirements:

– A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy is

required.

– A master’s degree in marketing or an MBA is an advantage.

– 3 to5 years of work experience in pharma, minimum 2 years

(mandatory) of which in a marketing role.

– Fluent Arabic and Proficient English, both written and spoken.

– Solid knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques and

principles.

– Proven experience in competitive selling, account management,

digital marketing and solutions.

– Proven understanding of health-care system and ability to

orchestrate its stakeholders.

– Scientific knowledge and understanding to identify and evaluate

appropriate opportunities that are aligned with the internal R&D

strategy.

– Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical

and data analysis methods.

– Team player with a customer-oriented approach, and ability to

work effectively with people at different organizational levels.

– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to

communicate complex ideas effectively.

– Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking, taking the initiative,

and being enthusiastic about breaking new ground.

– Expert in the relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
