The job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
Working closely with Mechanical Engineer for tenant fit-out process and inspections.
Monitor the tenant’s contractors fit out progress verses their approved designs and submitted time schedule.
Provide technical support and MEP solutions required for tenants during the fit-out process.
Support the tenant coordinators in all MEP technicalities and how to monitor the tenant fit-out contractors in relation with the Mall MEP requirements.
Study and review all required changes from Tenants.
Resolve snags when inspecting fit-out work on site and produce a snag list within days of store opening.
Ensure that company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE Department.
Close inspection for tenant fit-out contractor installation works.
Coordination in Fit-out final handover process, getting relevant permissions from the departments and final inspections.
Ensure all fit out documents filled according to SOPs requirement.
