Re/think is a boutique accounting, compliance consultancy, audit, HR consultancy, VAT Advisory services, and business advisory firm with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, focused on providing entrepreneurial businesses of varying sizes with timely, proactive and customized business solutions from start-up and early development to the latest stages of a business lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Keeping and maintaining the cleanliness of the entire office.
· Taking beverage requests from clients and serving drinks as necessary.
· Maintaining the conference rooms, setting up projector, laptop and seating arrangements.
· Providing assistance to other employees and departments in performing their duties.
· Collecting and distributing couriers and parcels among employees.
· Assisting in the distribution of equipment and supplies within the office.
· Support in purchasing of office supplies.
· Taking stock of Inventory such as stationery, pantry items and give updates to replenish stock as needed.
· Laminating and binding documents as per the requests
· Assisting other admin staff (receptionists and secretaries) in wide range of office duties
· Training new employee regarding the office clerical duties, when needed
· Assisting in bank deposits, cheque collections and other duties as assigned from time to time.
