Operations/ Logistics / Admin Officer – IDEC

.Developing logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timeline-

.Preparing supplier quotations and proposals –

. Maintaining all the logistic or transportation-related records-

.Managing the inventory and stocks in the warehouse-

Planning and supervising all the operational functions-

Participating in the development of strategic plans and objectives-

All administrative functions, including operations, management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues and strategic planning and development.

.Gathering information and generating data on standard performance measures-

.Maintaining contract files and reports-

.Documenting policies and procedures-

.Participating in special project work when required-

.Preparing technical and operational reports-

.Developing and recommending procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities-

Proposing creative ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions and offer operational recommendations and solutions.
