Planning Engineer – GIZA Systems

• Responsible for planning and cost control for the running projects , coordinating with finance to ensure proper invoice and cash flow plan and with procurement to ensure the proper procurement plan for all projects according to the project schedule
• Planning overall master schedule integrating revenues plan / forecast and actual figures.
• Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and executive progress reports that demonstrate the S. Curve.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on Engineering timesheets and generate progress reports for the engineering department.
• Preparing resource histograms for each project and integrate a master construction plan for follow up.
• Preparing invoicing plans and discussing progress with management team.
• Coordinate a master cash in/ cash out plan with finance, operation and procurement teams.
• Follow up cost control processing to optimize the cash out and report budget issues.
• Updating the budget, margin &invoices and comparing them with the base line.
• Coordinate a master procurement plan synchronized with projects schedules and report progress to management team concerned.
• Share Knowledge from lessons learnt with the team members
