Role:

As a Public Relations and Social Media Manager at METAHOMES, you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s public image and enhancing our online presence. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from media relations and event planning to social media strategy development. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Calendars and Media Lists:
  • Organize and maintain executive calendars.
  • Develop and manage media contact lists.
  1. News Reading and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry news and analyze trends.
  • Provide insights on media landscape changes.
  1. Media Coverage Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage related to METAHOMES.
  • Prepare reports on media impact and sentiment.
  1. Social Media Strategies:
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
  • Engage with the community and manage social media channels.
  1. Assisting with Customer and Press Events:
  • Coordinate logistics for customer and press events.
  • Ensure successful execution of events.
  1. PR Planning Support:
  • Conduct research to support public relations planning.
  • Assist in the development of PR campaigns.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Assist with quotations and other paperwork.
  1. Press Release Preparation:
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  1. Marketing Content Creation:
  • Collaborate on creating engaging marketing content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
  1. Event Planning and Promotion:
  • Plan and promote company events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful execution.
  1. Media Inquiries and Interviews:
  • Manage media inquiries and coordinate interview requests.
  • Act as a spokesperson when necessary.
  1. Additional Duties:
  • Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • More than three years of experience in social media operations, preferably in an Internet or property-related company.
  • Experience with Property Finder or Airbnb is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project planning, system construction, and operation of new media businesses.
  • Familiarity with internet self-media platforms and successful cases in “traffic pool” operation.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and innovation ability.
  • Comprehensive planning ability, including event and social marketing.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to learn continuously, independent thinking, and ability to handle work pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 8,000.00 per month

Location: Dubai (Required) – Ability to relocate to Dubai is preferred before starting work.
