Job description
- Minimum 3 years experience working as QS/ estimator in interior fit out company in Dubai
- Minimum 3 years experience in building Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit out projects
- Experience in pricing & estimation of interior works (retails, restaurants, offices, residential), including knowledge in building material prices
- Preferably architect or interior designer
- Experience in pre contract QS, including managing and preparing the response to new tenders for interiors
- Experience in post contract QS, including issuing progress claims, interim payments and follow ups
