9. Relationship Management:

  – Building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and suppliers.

  – Representing the chain in local events and community activities.

10. Communication:

  – Facilitating communication between restaurant managers and the regional or corporate management.

  – Regularly updating senior management on the performance and challenges of the restaurants in their area.
