  – Overseeing the financial performance of the restaurants, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving sales.

  – Reviewing and approving expenditures and financial reports.

4. Staff Management and Training:

  – Overseeing hiring, training, and development of restaurant managers and key staff.
