We are looking for Experienced typist
Familiar with all details to manage Typing centre .
Able to join immediately, able to speak English, Arabic
Minimal 4 to 5 years experiences same field
Excellent in all applications in Tamm system
Excellent knowledge in almost all government sectors in UAE.
· Online filing and submissions on different portals.
· Knowledge of all government services.
· Dealing professionally with all Government of UAE official smart apps and websites.
· Dealing professionally with the website of using online systems of including but not limited MOL, MOI (EDNRD & GDRFA), DHA, DED, RTA, ICP, MOHRE, AND TASHEEL.TADBEER.
· Making sure the required documents are in place and proper before submission.
· Apply for new trade licenses, renewal, cancellation, and change of locations by communicating with the respective authorities in UAE.
· High level of client service and PR activities and ensure effective communication with Government Agencies (e.g. DED, MOE, Notary Public, MOFA, MOHRE, DHA, MOH, Municipality, etc.) stakeholders.
· Any other job responsibility as assigned by management from time to time
