Warehouse Supervisor – Sehus

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Schedule and organize daily work assignments to meet operational objectives.

Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and replenishments.

Operational Efficiency:

• Streamline warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory movements.

1. Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to maintain quality assurance.

Communication:

• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to relay information on operational status, challenges, and improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
