Warehouses Manager – Hafil

Job Description:

Managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of items in all company warehouses. Ensuring inventory accuracy, implementing efficient warehouse processes, and managing a team of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the warehouseman performance while during their daily job of picking, binning, checking and packing.
• Arrange the workforce, and distribute the workload.
• Make sure that both issuing and receiving are done timely and perfectly as per the correct procedure.
• Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Follow and carry out the instructions directed by management.
• Develop & implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the warehouse.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Coordinate with purchase & inventory departments for effective supply of demanded materials.
• Periodic analysis and report generation on effective cost and warehouse KPIS reports .
• Contribute to the development of the warehouse operational budget and ensure all related activities.
• Manage stock control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods loading/transferring and prepare periodic report accordingly.
• Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Ensure that corrective action is taken and that facts are documented in situations where there is non-compliance with health and safety regulations
