Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the call and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities would include:
Contact potential or existing customers to sell our product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi, English, Kannada, telugu, tamil, Malayalam (Preferred)
