سيكون الموظف مسؤولاً عن اعداد وتقديم مشروبات القهوة بجميع انواعها كما انه سيكون مسؤول عن تلقي طلبات العملاء والمدفوعات هو ايضا مسؤول عن
تنظيف وتعقيم مناطق عمله ومناطق الجلوس والمعدات والأدوات.
مسؤوليات العمل:
• الترحيب بالعملاء عند دخولهم.
• تزويد العملاء بقوائم المشروبات والإجابة على استفساراتهم.
• تلقي الطلبات مع الاهتمام بتفاصيل تفضيلاتهم.
• تحضير المشروبات بالطريقة الصحيحة.
• التحقق مما إذا كانت معدات وأجهزة تحضير القهوة تعمل بشكل صحيح والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الصيانة.
• الامتثال لقوانين وأنظمة العمل.
• توصيل ملاحظات العملاء إلى المديرين.
