<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p>
<p>The Process and Compliance Manager’s role is to a<span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”text-justify:inter-ideograph”><span style=”font-family:'Times New Roman', serif”><span style=”font-size:10.0pt”><span style=”font-family:'Noto Sans IKEA', sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>in ensuring that all operational and financial controls are adequately & uniformly formalized and implemented for the respective business unit across all geographies to mitigate risk of loss, safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><b>What you will do:</b></p>
