Job Overview:

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily administrative and business operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have a strong background in business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls.
Bilingual Communication:
- Facilitate communication between English and Arabic-speaking team members and clients.
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials as needed.
- Serve as a language liaison for international clients and partners.
Documentation and Filing:
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records and files.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
- Prepare project reports and updates.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in client inquiries and issue resolution.
