The Job :

🎯The Sales Manager representative’s tasks revolve around implementing a sales development plan and managing customer relations/satisfaction to increase TRADEX FRANCE brand awareness and market share, but your main missions are as follows:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Set clear targets and provide coaching and support for team members to ensure goal attainment.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Market Strategy and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute effective market strategies to expand the business in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Formulate and implement innovative business plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Drive distributor development initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Market Analysis and Price Fixing:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and competitive landscape.
  • Establish pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

Vendor Management and Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Optimize inventory planning processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.

Financial Management and Budgeting:

  • Develop annual sales budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and cost evaluations to optimize resource allocation.

Digitalization and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with digitalization trends in the industry and implement innovative solutions to enhance sales processes.
  • Drive digital initiatives to improve customer engagement and streamline operations.

The product range consists of the TRADEX FRANCE own brand products + OES and OEM spare parts catalogue.

The Automotive parts Sales Manager must be familiar with this type of technical products to be able to increase the market share of the company in your allocated geographical area. He/she identifies any opportunity for additional sales and will travel to visit his/her customers and prospect in the countries, or to participate to trade exhibition according to potential that will have to be studied.

You will onboard within an existing team of 10 people. You will be assigned immediately with a territory where the company has already a clear picture of the target that will have to reach during the probation period.

Experience :

A minimum of 15 years in sales and business development within the spare parts, lubricants, and batteries industry.

A plug and play candidate coming from the same field of activity that will bring his/her expertise will maximize his/her chance to succeed immediately in the position.
