Job Description:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on various aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including basic functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design and deploy system enhancements, customization, and integrations.
- Support senior consultants in all phases of the implementation life cycle, including requirement gathering, system setup, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Document business processes, user guidelines, and system workflows to support ongoing system maintenance and knowledge sharing.
