Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.
We are currently looking for dynamic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to provide support to our valued customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.
- Providing information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Keeping abreast of company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings.
Salary | Industry Average, depending on location of work as some locations pay more than others
