Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

– Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and rental agreements

– Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

– Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks

– Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

1. Experience[ Previous experience in a car rental company is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Shift Flexibility: Ability to work morning shifts (8 am to 4 pm) and evening shifts (4 pm to 12 am) based on a rotating schedule.

3. Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

4. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
