Job Overview:
We are seeking for a dedicated individuals to join our team as General Helpers. As a General Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our manufacturing processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of machinery used in the manufacturing of iron/steel products.
Load and unload materials, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of production.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment as directed by supervisors.
Handle and transport raw materials and finished products within the facility.
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Follow instructions from team leaders and collaborate with other team members.
Support quality control processes by reporting any defects or issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to workplace safety.
