Key Responsibilities
– Architecting a Data Platform: Lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge data platform
tailored for NEO banking solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
– Technology Leadership: Utilize an advanced technology stack including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and
NOSQL, alongside Informatica’s suite (Data Engineering Integration (BDM), PowerCenter, Big Data
Streaming, Enterprise Data Catalog) to build a robust data infrastructure.
– Data Lifecycle Management: Guide the evolution and structure of data throughout its lifecycle,
managing data from various sources in different formats and timings to ensure integrity and
accessibility.
– Data Preparation and Utilization: Oversee the preparation of data for consumption, supporting a
wide range of use cases from reporting and analytics to web and mobile applications, as well as
machine learning initiatives.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that the data
platform supports and enhances the organization's overall strategy and operations.
