Responsibilities:
Menu Planning: Develop diverse and creative menus based on dietary guidelines, including low-calorie, low-carb, gluten-free, and other specialized diets.
Food Preparation: Prepare meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients while adhering to portion control and nutritional guidelines.
Calorie Counting: Accurately calculate and record the calorie content of each dish using nutritional databases or software.
Dietary Consultation: Collaborate with nutritionists, dietitians, and clients to understand their dietary needs and preferences, providing personalized meal recommendations accordingly.
Cooking Techniques: Utilize various cooking techniques such as baking, grilling, steaming, and sautéing to maximize flavor and nutritional value while minimizing added fats and calories.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
