- Acquisition of new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) customers in the appropriate target group.
- Working on customer relationship and extension to further venues within the same customer (increasing average consumption), optimizing customer profitability by extending product range
- Develop Brand Awareness and recognition as a luxury brand among our target audience and HORECA associations (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe)
- Maximize all opportunities in a hotel (in room, banqueting, breakfast and restaurants) to increase sales and brand presence.
- Develop relationships with the relevant key personnel at customer accounts such as F&B Manager, Head Chef, Procurement Manager and General Manager
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and other activities and render such reports as may be required from time to time
- Set up tastings with new prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales presentations to prospective clients
- Prepare and submit rental contracts and sales quotes
- Visit or book online meetings with potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products
- Assist in setting up events and prospecting new business from time to time
- Meet all New Acquisition targets quarterly and annually.
