My client is seeking a dynamic Influencer and Sponsorships Executive to spearhead influencer collaborations, negotiate deals, and strengthen partnerships with suppliers.

Description
Identify and engage with influencers aligned with the brand image and target audience.Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution.Conduct negotiations with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with marketing objectives.Collaborate with the legal team to draft and finalize contracts.Work closely with suppliers and partners to identify sponsorship opportunities.Negotiate and coordinate sponsorship deals, ensuring maximum value for both parties.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, suppliers, and sponsors.Serve as the main point of contact for influencers and sponsors, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive collaboration experience.Collaborate with suppliers to leverage additional resources, such as exclusive promotions, events, or content collaborations.Seek innovative ways to enhance collaborations and bring added value to both the company and partners.Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer and sponsorship campaigns.Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Profile
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Preferred industry background in an agency setting.Proven experience in influencer marketing, sponsorships, or a related role.Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with healthcare or related industries is a plus.
