Interior Designer – Innova Health Care

• Develop complete architectural design packages for design projects, including initial layouts, detailed design drawings, modifications to existing unit layouts, and design construction details.
• Execute and prepare 2D and 3D drawings of the designed units.
• Coordinate design matters with architectural and MEP consultants, the AF brand, and relevant brand principles.
• Assist and answer site design queries during the site implementation phase.
• Design and implement the design of merchandising equipment, including joineries and furniture.
• Coordinate electronic archiving of relevant design documentation, i.e., drawings, contracts, specifications, and material sample boards.
• Work on concept design through detail design, coordinating with 3rd party consultants in MEP design, IT design, security design, audiovisual design, signage design, light design, and structural design.
• Ensure the implementation of general store layout following operational functionalities, i.e., sales floor trading requirements/back-of-house functional requirements, guest circulation, and department segments.
• Actively participate in the selection and coordination of material specifications in the scope of work and bill of quantities for individual projects based on detailed design packs on architectural and MEP designs.
• Ensure cost efficiency based on cost studies for specified materials (flooring, signage, wall finishes, etc.) and equipment (light fixtures or others).
• Design and implement store design guidelines and dressing guidelines.
• Create technical drawings for specified fixtures that the commercial team or the layout needs.
• Design and create digital and print graphics for store use, including promotional materials, signage, and product packaging.
