Description
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Manage a monthly budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimize the conversion funnel and improve user experience.Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling and high-converting digital assets.Work to enhance the company’s search engine visibility through strategic SEO initiatives.Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative tools to enhance digital performance.Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.Work closely with external agencies and partners to optimize collaborative efforts.

Profile
7-10 years of experience in marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies.Demonstrable experience managing a monthly advertising budget of at least $1 million USD.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ad targeting, and audience segmentation.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Familiarity with the healthcare industry or related fields is a plus.
